RSVP HERE

Project Home Unity is super excited to announce our new social group: Q&A !! This group will be run for queer autistic adults, with funding from the Australian Government through the National Disability Insurance agency. The group will be free to access. You do not need to be an NDIS participant, or to have a formal diagnosis to access the group either.

We aim to create a safe and affirming space where queer autistic adults can socialise and engage in activities of interest in whatever way they feel is comfortable. We acknowledge that everyone has different interests and communication styles, participants can engage in the group however feels right for them. Food and drinks will also be supplied.

This session will be 02/05/2025 from 5p-8pm. The groups will run on a certain theme, then switch themes every 4 weeks. This week will continue the zine-making theme. It is never mandatory to participate in any of the themes/activities. You can just hang out if you would like!

The group will run with maximum 20 people, and three facilitators. These faciliators will be Eddie (he/him) and Cairo (he/they) ans Susie (she/they) to start, but Cairo will likely switch out for a different facilitator at some point. You will be notified of this before it happens.
