Jake

Services Offered: Social Support
Jake (he/they) is a registered psychotherapist living, learning, and working on Dharug Land, Sydney. Jake spent over a decade as a musician, connecting with people in punk and heavy music scenes. These experiences shaped their passion for community, authenticity, and holding space for others. To Jake being "punk" means they recognise how oppressive systems impact marginalised bodies, and honour the strength it takes to exist in opposition. Self-expression and identity are valid and powerful.
Outside of work Jake spends time with his cat, take photos of nature, plays tactical RPG boardgames, plays video games, watches lots of films, and goes to gigs.
